COPAC’s Eating Disorder program was developed for the successful treatment of food addiction and issues in conjunction with addictions of alcohol or drugs.
The comprehensive program consists of nutritional assessments, eating disorder assessments, the development of a healthy food plan, and education about healthy eating skills. Throughout the Eating Disorder Program, individual and group therapy is utilized to explore compulsive behaviors, feelings of shame and guilt, with an emphasis on the development of regaining healthy body, mind, and spirit.
